Do you know of any family members, friends or colleagues that might be interested in buying a house in the areas where we are currently developing new houses in? We at First Choice Realty are offering you the opportunity to make yourself R5000 per client that you refer to us!

Steps to Follow

  1. Fill in the referral form: We need the following information from you:
    1. Your name and contact details;
    2. The name and contact details of the person that you are referring to us; and
    3. The name of the area that the person you are referring to us might be interested in.
    1. Wait for feedback: We will keep you posted on the progress of the leads that you have given to us but please take note that it takes some time for your leads to make you money. The whole process of getting paid for qualified leads will be discussed under the heading Terms and Conditions
    2. Getting paid: Once the leads that you have given us has gone through the process and are now deemed as qualified leads payday is on the way! Take note that payment will be made every last Friday of the month for the leads that have qualified for payment in that particular calendar month.
